CIPO does not warn you

    Within one business day our team reads the file and replies in plain English: what CIPO is asking for, what we recommend, and the fixed professional fee. Government fees are separate and passed through at cost.

    We handle it with CIPO before your deadline

    Approve by email. We prepare, review and file, track every deadline on the file and keep you posted until it is done.

Questions people ask before they email

Why do I need monitoring if my mark is registered?
Registration gives you the right to object, but CIPO does not tell you when someone files something similar. The opposition window after a mark is advertised is short, and once it closes your options get slower and more expensive.
What counts as a hit?
New applications that are identical or confusingly similar to your mark in related goods and services. Our team reviews each one and tells you whether it is noise, worth watching or worth acting on.
Can you also watch Amazon and Shopify?
Yes. If you sell online we can add lookalike brand and storefront scans on Amazon.ca and Shopify, formatted so you can act on them in Brand Registry. Mention it when you email and we will include it in the fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Watch is month to month with no minimum term. Cancel by email at any time and monitoring stops at the end of the paid month.
